Greer Chamber to Host Minority Business Summit

 

(Greer, SC) The Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce is pleased to host a Minority Business Summit presented by Greer Memorial Hospital. The Summit will take place at Grace Hall in downtown Greer on June 7 from 8:00am-2:00pm. It is free to attend.

The Minority Business Summit features panel discussion, exhibit booths, networking, and keynote speaker ? Merl Code attorney with Ogletree Deakins, municipal court judge, business owner and community leader. The panel discuss will feature prominent minority business leaders speaking on topics such as: access to capital, career advancement, business logistics, marketing, and communication.

The schedule for the summit is as follows:
8:00-9:30am: Networking, exhibit booths, and continental breakfast
9:30-10:45am: Panel discussion
10:45-11:30am: Networking and exhibit booths
11:30-1:00pm: Lunch and keynote address
1:00-2:00pm: Networking and exhibit booths

The panelists are: Herb Johnson-Michelin, Magaly Penn- BI-LO, Angela Webb-CertusBank, Rich Winley- Fix the Glue, and Tina Smerdon- A.T. LOCKE.
