Greer Chambers Community Commerce Convention Offers FREE Business Seminars

The Greer Chamber’s Community Commerce Convention presented by Prudential C. Dan Joyner is excited to offer six Business Seminars for the community for FREE. The Convention is set for Thursday, April 8 at the Marriott Greenville beginning at 8:00am. Over 400 people are anticipated to attend this year’s event. Seminar topics include: Tweet Your Marketing with Social Networking, Business Plans: Start from Scratch or Re-Evaluate, Tax 101: Last Minute Advice and Get a Jump on 2010!, Sales Strategies for Success, Making Your Website Googlicious, and VOTE for YOUR Business: How Legislation Impacts Business.
The Community Commerce Convention will also feature an exhibit area for local businesses to showcase their products or services. Exhibit booths cost $200 for Chamber members and $250 for non-members. The Annual Small Business Award Luncheon will be a part of this convention which includes the Outstanding Woman Award along with the Annual Small Business of the Year award. This year’s speaker is John Warner, Clemson MBA Professor and creator of the InnoVenture conference.
