Greer Chamber Program, SSS, Hosts Special Seminar: "What Tools are in your Marketing Tool Kit?"

(GREER, SC) The Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce a special upcoming seminar from the Sales Strategies for Success (SSS) program, “What Tools are in your Marketing Tool Kit?” This event marks the 1-year anniversary for the SSS program. Keynote Speaker, Robyn Zimmerman, will discuss the various marketing tools and their benefits in building business relationships, including advertising, public relations, news media relations, and other valuable mediums.   “The Chamber is extremely excited to have Robyn with us for this special presentation.  This program will greatly benefit the small owner by giving them creative ways to reach their customers,” states John Kimbrell, President/CEO of the Greer Chamber of Commerce.

Robyn Zimmerman is the Director of Public & Community Relations for the Greenville Hospital System. She has almost 30 years of professional and academic experience in journalism and public relations including her past experience as a television reporter and anchor. Throughout her career she served as press secretary to Governor David Beasley and has received numerous awards in broadcasting.

This SSS event, sponsored by GreerNow Magazine, will be on Tuesday, August 19 from 11:30-1:00pm at the Cottages at Brushy Creek. This “brown bag lunch” event is open to all members of the Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce at no charge. Non-members are welcome to attend for $10 per person. The Greer Chamber SSS Program meets every other month and provides an arena for business owners and those in business development to learn how to increase sales within an interactive environment to share best practices and network with the Greer community.
